Contact info shows how customers can reach you: your address, email, phone number, opening hours and social profiles, each as its own block. It can also show the store's contact form beside those details, so one section covers a whole contact page.
Where to find it
Masthead's contact page template already includes this section, followed by a Map. See Page templates for how to create the page. You can also add the section to any other page: in the theme editor, click Add section and choose Contact info.
Add a contact form
Turn on Show contact form to place the store's contact form beside your details. It is the same form as the Contact form section: name, email, an optional phone number and a message, sent by Shopify to your store's sender email.
- Select Contact info in the theme editor.
- Turn on Show contact form.
- Change the Form heading if you like, and turn off Show phone field if you don't need phone numbers.
Use one contact form per page. If the page also has a Contact form section, remove one of the two.
Layout options
Layout sets how the blocks are arranged:
- Columns: the blocks sit side by side. This is the default, and suits three or four short blocks.
- Stacked list: the blocks sit one under another, each with its heading. Suits longer details.
Text alignment sets the content to the left or the center.
Section settings
Select the section in the theme editor to see these settings, in this order.

This section is built from 7 kinds of block. Click Add block under the section to add one, and drag blocks to reorder them. The section holds up to 12 blocks.
This block can be added once: Social media icons. The others can be added more than once.
Address
A postal or street address.

Tips
- Only list ways of reaching you that someone really answers.
- Say when customers can expect a reply, and keep to it.
- Add a Map section under this one if customers can visit you.
