Contact form lets customers write to you from your store. It asks for a name, an email address, an optional phone number and a message. Messages are sent by Shopify to your store's sender email, which is set in your Shopify admin under Settings > Notifications.
After a message is sent, a thank-you message replaces the form. If something is missing, each field says what to fix.
Where to find it
Masthead's contact page template already includes this section. To use it, create a page in your Shopify admin and choose the contact template for it. You can also add the section to any other page: in the theme editor, click Add section and choose Contact form.

Tips
- Say when customers can expect a reply, and keep to it.
- Signed-in customers find their name and email already filled in.
- Shopify filters spam from contact forms. If you receive a lot of it, check the spam protection settings under Online Store > Preferences.
