Fixes for the issues we see most often.

The popup isn't showing

• Check the app embed is enabled in Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and that you saved the theme.
• Confirm the rule is Active, not just saved.
• Clear your verification cookie or open the store in an incognito window.

The popup shows on the wrong pages

Review the rule's targeting settings — it may be set to “Entire store” instead of specific pages or products.
