Create your first rule

Build an IF/THEN rule to control cart and product behaviour.

Limitly works on simple IF / THEN logic: IF a condition is met, THEN an action happens (limit, block, or warn).

Create a rule

1. Open the Limitly dashboard from your Shopify admin.
2. Click Create rule.
3. Choose a rule type (Quantity, Cart value, Customer rule, or Schedule).
4. Set the condition and the action (block checkout, or show a warning).
5. Click Save and toggle the rule Active.
